London Shows Worth Making Time for During Frieze

There is an obscene amount of art about to descend on London. Frieze, Frieze Masters, galleries pulling out their biggest shows of the year, museum openings, artist projects, dinners, parties, things you’re apparently meant to have known about for months and approximately 450 invitations all happening at exactly the same time.

It is completely impossible to do it all. And, frankly, you shouldn’t try.

So this is not an exhaustive list of everything happening in London during Frieze Week. It’s the stuff I actually think is worth making time for. The exhibitions I want to see, the artists I’m excited about, and the things I’d send a friend to if they had a few days in London and wanted to cut through some of the noise. Some are big. Some are not. Some require a bit of schlepping. Some you can squeeze in between fairs.

But all of them, I think, are worth leaving the house for.
