SEEN ART 50KGIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter This giveaway is promoted by Seen Art Limited, Office 34, 1 Rocks Lane, London, SW13 0DE, United Kingdom ("Promoter"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. There are no geographical restrictions. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Seen Art, Carrie Scott, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period The giveaway begins on March 20, 2026 and closes on March 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM (GMT). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter Entry is via the Seen Art landing page at https://mailchi.mp/seen/50k. To enter, participants must fill out and submit the form on the landing page. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) 30-minute one-on-one conversation with Carrie Scott. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. No substitution of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Any personal tax liability arising from receipt of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email within 14 business days of the close of the giveaway.
7. Winner Notification & Claim Selected winners will be contacted at the email address used to enter. If a winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seen Art is not responsible for any technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, or any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in this giveaway. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. General Conditions Seen Art reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time for any reason. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, in accordance with applicable law.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
