Same-day changes & no-shows: within 24 hours — 100% fee (non-refundable).
Rescheduling credit: If you incur a fee, we’ll apply one courtesy credit per client per year to rebook the same session within 30 days, subject to availability.
Emergencies: If you’ve had a genuine emergency, let us know — we’ll review case-by-case.
