Seen x The Luminaire Go To Venice
Would you join us in Venice to tour the Biennale?
We’re exploring the idea of hosting a small, highly curated trip to the Venice Biennale in partnership with The Luminaire, a travel company for the culturally curious.
This year’s Biennale has already been one of the most talked-about in recent memory—full of momentum, interruptions, and intense global attention. It feels like the right moment to experience it differently: not as spectators, but with context, access, and insight.
So we’re considering a “non-tour tour”, an insider-led experience designed to help you navigate and decode one of the art world’s most influential recurring exhibitions.
The group would be limited to just 12 people, timed for early autumn, when the crowds have thinned but the city is still alive with collectors, curators, artists, and museum directors. Think less traditional art trip, more behind-the-scenes perspective on how the art world actually operates.
The experience would include:
Guided visits to key national pavilions in the Giardini
A focused walkthrough of Arsenale highlights
Stops at significant satellite exhibitions across Venice
Private access to palazzi and foundations shaping the global conversation
A curated exploration of Venice itself, its art, architecture, and layered history
Seen will design and lead the entire experience, from programme to access to on-the-ground guidance, so it feels considered, elevated, and entirely without fuss.
